Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Nulitics ("Nulitics", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit nulitics.com (the "Site") or otherwise interact with us. By using the Site you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Who we are
Nulitics is an independent software vendor providing spatial computing, embedded AI, AR and IoT digital twin solutions. For the purposes of applicable data protection law, Nulitics is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. If you have any questions, contact us at support@nulitics.com.
2. Information we collect
- Information you provide. When you complete the contact form we collect your name, email address and the contents of your message. If you email us directly we receive whatever information you choose to include.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers and hosting infrastructure automatically record technical data such as your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system information, referring pages, and the date and time of your requests. This data is held in server logs and used for security, diagnostics and aggregate analytics.
- Cookies and similar technologies. The Site uses only the cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. See section 6 below.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries and provide the information or services you request.
- To operate, maintain, secure and improve the Site.
- To detect, prevent and investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents and technical issues.
- To comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms and agreements.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Legal bases for processing
Where data protection law such as the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Consent — where you have voluntarily submitted information through the contact form or by email.
- Legitimate interests — to keep the Site secure, understand how it is used, and communicate with people who contact us, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Legal obligation — where we must retain or disclose information to comply with the law.
5. How we share information
We share personal information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. With vendors that host and support the Site (for example our cloud hosting and infrastructure providers), who process data on our behalf under contract and only as instructed.
- Legal and safety. Where required by law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Nulitics, our users or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
6. Cookies
The Site sets only essential cookies required for basic operation and security. It does not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking cookies. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent; some parts of the Site may not function properly if you do.
7. Third-party content
The Site loads web fonts and an icon library from third-party content delivery networks (Google Fonts and Cloudflare). When your browser requests these files the provider may receive your IP address and request headers. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of these providers. The Site may also link to external websites; this policy does not apply to those sites.
8. Data retention
We keep contact enquiries for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, then delete or anonymise them. Server log data is retained for a limited period for security and operational purposes. We retain information for longer only where the law requires it.
9. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and hardened infrastructure — to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International transfers
Nulitics operates internationally and our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where personal information is transferred across borders we take steps to ensure it is protected in line with this policy and applicable law, including the use of recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required.
11. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
- request deletion of your information;
- object to or request restriction of certain processing;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out;
- request a copy of your information in a portable format; and
- lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@nulitics.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request and will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
12. Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made prominent on the Site. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
